These are the recommended "base" browsers, all newer versions should operate perfectly.

QuestionI have been billed incorrectly, my credit card statement shows a different amount to what was advertised.
AnswerThe reason for this is a simple one, the company we use for billing is based in Europe therefore the currency charged is in Euros (€) and not US Dollars ($), with this in mind you need to take into account the exchange rate on the day you made your order! The exchange rate changes every day and we have no control over this.

QuestionCan I get a refund?
AnswerRefunds are possible. However we will only refund with good reason! If you have activated your movie and then contact us to say you want a refund this is not possible. However, if you have been unable to view your movie download and we cannot help you get it working we are happy to give you a full refund.

QuestionWhat happens if I make a chargeback?
AnswerCredit card fraud is a problem! It is surprising how many people purchase items then deny having ever done so. We follow up every chargeback, actively working with the credit card companies supplying them with all the relevant information relating to chargebacks.

This type of fraud is a criminal act; we will aggressively pursue all offenders to the fullest extent of the law and also blacklist offenders. Once Blacklisted it will never be possible to purchase from us again, we will also share details with all our associated websites about fraudulent activity.

Pay Per View Movies
QuestionWhy does my movie download not play anymore?
AnswerThis is most likely due to one of two possible reasons:

1. Your movie rental period has expired, if this is the case you will need to purchase further rental time.

2. You have blocked Real Player from accessing the Internet. Real Player will periodically check with our servers that you are allowed to play the movie. If Real Player cannot check this access to the movie will be turned off. Also check that you don't block Real Player with any firewalls.

QuestionWhy is it when Real Player attempts to update it just says no updates are available?
AnswerThere are two possible reasons for this.

1. Your version of Real Player is out of date and needs updating, to update do this! From within Real Player go to; Tools / Check for Updates. Real Player will then help you install the latest version.

2. Your version of Real Player has become corrupt, remove it using
the uninstall option under your control panel, after that is done reboot your PC. Now download a new version from here:

Tip: Before you attempt to install Real Player or play your movie please make sure that Real Player has access to the Internet through any firewalls. By doing this you will allow Real Player to install the required plug-ins needed to play our movies.

QuestionWhat operating systems do your movies play on?
AnswerThe Real Player Helix DRM system natively supports; Windows, and PowerPC based Apple Macs. Please note Helix DRM does not currently support Intel based Macs natively, however if your have Boot Camp and can run Windows on your Mac the movies should work for you.

QuestionAfter upgrading to Real Player my movies no longer play why?
AnswerWe have found on the odd occasion after upgrading Real Player some movies fail to play, we recommend that you uninstall Real Player from your computer and then install it again from fresh. To do this follow these instructions.

1. Under your control panel select "Add/Remove Programs", locate Real Player and remove, once done reboot your computer.

2. Download a fresh installation of Real Player here and once installed reboot your computer.

3. Locate your movie and try playing again. If you are still having problems, then please contact us and we'll reset your movie.
